Handy, Helpful, and FREE Kitchen Conversion Chart Instant Downloadable Print!
As you may have surmised from our plethora of food-related t-shirt designs, we love to cook and chow down here at Boredwalk HQ. Given the time of year, we bet you're doing some cooking too.
To that end, we wanted to offer up this stylish — and free! — kitchen conversion chart to help you out when you're measuring in the kitchen and can't use your smartphone's calculator without dusting it with flour. We find this chart especially helpful when we're trying to double recipes for entertaining guests.
Boredwalk In the Kitchen: Guacamole Without the Mess
Being Californians, we loooove avocado. Avocado toast, avocado smoothies, and of course guacamole! So many guac and avocado toast recipes suggest that first you scoop the avocado out of the shell and then mash it up. This results in a slow messy process as slippery avocado chunks slide around and get stuck in your mashing implement of choice. We've found a better way, just watch our video below: By mashing the avocado inside the shell you have less mess, more control and it's a faster finish to ready-to-eat guacamole or avocado toast. Boredwalk's Deconstructed Avocado Toast Salad
We love our junk food here at Boredwalk HQ, but we also never met a salad we didn't want to get down with.
