PROCESSING TIME: 3-7 business days
We get the majority of orders processed in 2-3 business days, but if you need rush service contact us and we'll try to make it happen. We're very responsive via email during normal business hours (week days, 10 am to 6 pm pacific time, excluding holidays) and even try to reply to inquiries after hours. You're also welcome to call us during business hours at 801-923-8337.
TRANSIT TIME: Approximately 5 business days for standard shipping, 2-3 business days for priority shipping. Please allow a couple of weeks for delivery outside of the US.
We ship most orders via USPS First Class mail, which has an average delivery speed of 5 business days for packages shipping within the contiguous United States once we hand off to USPS. We do offer the option to select Priority mail at check out if you want faster delivery. Priority mail has an average delivery speed of 2-3 business days within the contiguous United States. If you need extra rushed service contact us and we'll try to make it happen. To save time, please let us know specifically which items you'd like to order (shirt style, size, and color), the full shipping address (not just a ZIP code), and the desired in-hand date/time.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT ORDERS VALUED AT $100 OR MORE: A signature is required at the time of delivery for US orders of $100 or more to prevent package theft, since most packages that size will not fit in standard-sized mailboxes or slots. This requirement can be waived upon request as long as you let us know prior to shipment; however, waiver of the signature requirement releases Boredwalk of responsibility to replace these orders at our cost in the event that they are stolen after they are scanned as "Delivered" by USPS. We love when folks place big orders, but please let us know right after you place them if you'd prefer that the signature requirement be waived!
MISSING PACKAGES: If your order is marked as delivered but you can't find it please double check with other members of your household to make sure someone else didn't bring your package in. If there are areas around your home shipping carriers leave packages like side yards please check there. If you are still unable to locate your package please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of your package being marked as delivered and we can assist.
SUM IT UP: Most US orders arrive within about a week, international orders usually take 1-3 weeks to arrive depending on the destination country's customs processing speed.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
If you are not in the USA please note:
1. You may have to pay customs or import duties on your shipment. We have no way of preventing this so please plan to pay these fees. These are not fees assessed by us. They are assessed by the destination country.
2. It's very important to track your package. Once your order ships you will get an email with your tracking number. If you don't see the email within 7 business days check your spam/junk folders and if you can't find it contact us to request it.
Tracking your package will enable you to see when your shipment arrives in your country. Once it has arrived you should receive it or be contacted by your postal service within a few days. If that does not happen please contact your postal service with your tracking number and ask them how you can retrieve your package. International shipments that are left unclaimed for a week or more often end up returned to us as unclaimed, so please help us avoid this by tracking your package.
