Returns and Exchanges

We're sorry to hear your item didn't work out. We accept returns/exchanges on most items if they are returned to us in original (unwashed/unworn/sellable/fragrance-free) condition. 

Returns/Exchanges must be received within 30 days of original delivery date.

Please note that we CANNOT accept returns/exchanges for clearance items, magazines, customized or seasonal items (such as holiday sweaters).

Items sent back to us that are outside of our return window, not in their original condition or ineligible for return due to customization/seasonality will not receive a refund/exchange. Please note that we CANNOT accept returns or exchanges on items that are not in their original condition. Items returned to us with strong odors cannot be returned or exchanged. If your return is sent to us smelling of cigarettes, perfume or another fragrance the package will be marked return to sender.

Regarding product defects, please note that we take product quality control seriously and all items are inspected prior to shipment. In the rare instances that a defect may occur, we will be happy to provide a replacement, but the defective item must be returned to us in order to receive a refund or replacement. Please contact us regarding defective items to arrange for return.

Please note that Boredwalk does not cover the cost to mail back returns or refund original shipping costs (if there were any associated with the order). We can only offer free returns or free exchanges if there was an error on our part (e.g., the incorrect item shipped).

If you are returning items from an order where a volume discount was used, your refund will be adjusted based on your final order total. For example, if you used an offer code for 20% off on orders of $50 or more and ordered 2 $25 tees, but returned one tee the refund amount would be $15, not $20, because the return adjusts your final order total to $25 based on the loss of the 20% off discount for orders of $50 or more. If you used an offer code for 20% off on orders of $50 or more and ordered 4 $25 tees, but returned one tee the refund amount would be $20 because the 3 other items that didn't get returned still made it possible for the order to meet the minimum value to use the discount. If retaining the discount value of your order is a priority we recommend exchanging rather than returning your item so your discount value won't be impacted. If you are  returning your item due to fit concerns, please note that we offer the option to order off-menu items, so if there is another shirt style that has the fit you want, please contact us to request an exchange for an off-menu item.

For INTERNATIONAL ORDERS we can ONLY accept returns, we cannot offer exchanges.

Lastly, we strongly recommend purchasing INSURANCE for your return shipment! Boredwalk is NOT responsible for return packages that are damaged or lost in-transit.
