Returns and Exchanges
We're sorry to hear your item didn't work out. We accept returns/exchanges on most items if they are returned to us in original (unwashed/unworn/sellable) condition.
Returns/Exchanges must be received within 30 days of original delivery date.
Please note that we CANNOT accept returns/exchanges for seasonal or customized items.
Items sent back to us that are outside of our return window, not in their original condition or ineligible for return due to customization/seasonality will not receive a refund/exchange.

Regarding product defects, please note that we take product quality control seriously and all items are inspected prior to shipment. In the rare instances that a defect may occur, we will be happy to provide a replacement, but the defective item must be returned to us in order to receive a refund or replacement. Please contact us regarding defective items to arrange for return.
* Please note that Boredwalk does not cover the cost to mail back returns or refund original shipping costs (if there were any associated with the order). We can only offer free returns or free exchanges if there was an error on our part (e.g., the incorrect item shipped). For INTERNATIONAL ORDERS we can ONLY accept returns, we cannot offer exchanges. Lastly, we strongly recommend purchasing INSURANCE for your return shipment! Boredwalk is NOT responsible for return packages that are lost in-transit.
